Description
Current Situation
The setup tries to create some symlinks, e.g.
- SCHEDULER_HOME/bin/operations_gui/scheduler_data/custom -> SCHEDULER_DATA/config/operations_gui
- SCHEDULER_HOME/bin/operations_gui/scheduler_data/jobs -> SCHEDULER_DATA/jobs
- SCHEDULER_HOME/bin/operations_gui/scheduler_home/doc -> SCHEDULER_HOME/doc
but on Windows10 the setup doesn't try it.
Desired Behavior
Symlink creation should work on Windows10 too.
