JobScheduler setup should create tables that are used by the Reporting interface

Description
JobScheduler setup delivers the jobs for the JobScheduler Reporting interface. To run these jobs, some database tables are needed. The tables have to be created manually.

Desired behaviour
The JobScheduler setup should provide a dialog where the connection to the reporting database is handled. The setup then will create the tables.
