Add start-container command alias name to Agent and Controller start scripts

Current Situation

• The JS7 product start scripts agent.sh and controller..sh make use of the command argument start-docker

Desired Behavior

• An alias name is introduced: start-container
• The existing command argument start-docker remains in place.
