When installing JOC Cockpit with the H2 Database the script identity_service_rescue.sql is executed. This script ends with an error. As there is an error, no insert scripts will be executed.

The list of Identity Services shows only the JOC-RESCUE Identity Service.
Desired Behavior
When installing JOC Cockpit with the H2 Database the identity_service_rescue.sql script should not be executed. No restart should be required.
The list of Identity Services should only show the JOC-INTITIAL Identity Service.
