cleanup scripts should have an exit code != 0 in case of an error

Current Situation

The cleanup scripts

• cleanup_auditlog_table.(sh|cmd)
• cleanup_inventory_tables.(sh|cmd)
• cleanup_jobscheduler_tables.(sh|cmd)
• cleanup_reporting_tables.(sh|cmd)

have always an exit code 0.

Desired behavior

Above cleanup scripts should have an exit != 0 if

• a database transaction has an error
• the database configuration file ./config/(reporting.)hibernate.cfg.xml doesn't exist
