Add patch directory to Agent classpath

Feature

• For the deployment of patches on top of existing Agent installations a directory ./lib/patches (similar to use with a Master) should be available.
• The Agent start script should consider precedence of the patch directory to any other directories for the Java classpath.
• The Agent installer removes any files found in the ./lib/patches directory.
