Startscript (./bin/jobscheduler.sh) only useful for autorun after some modifications

The startscript ./bin/jobscheduler.sh tries to read

• ./bin/jobscheduler_environment_variables.sh
• ./user_bin/jobscheduler_environment_variables.sh

to get the environment.

If you copy it to /etc/init.d/ for autorun then it doesn't find the environment.
