Orders in setback can not be changed.

-if an order in setback state will be changed, the message "Replacing standing by" appears.

-if an order in setback state will be resetted with joc and then will be changed, the message "Replacing standing by" appears.

When restarting JobScheduler after changing an order in setback state, the message "Replacing standing by" no longer will be shown. The changes are not made. The function "show configuration" in Joc then shows the message

1.Please start order in the sample.
2.Then change order file
3.The next start time goes to positiv values, the order do not start any more
4.Either resetting order nor restarting Scheduler helps. The changes are not made.
5.Only deleting order record from database or renaming order and renaming back solves the problem.
