JobScheduler crashes if the id of the commandline does not match the attribute spooler_id

If the spooler_id of the config element in scheduler.xml does not match the -id option of the commandline, JobScheduler will crash.

Workaround:
remove the attribute spooler_id from the config element of the configuration file scheduler.xml
