Some labels and shortcuts in JOE's menu are not correct

• Crtl-N in the top level menu doesn't work and makes moreover no sense
• Crtl-L in the second level menu doesn't work and makes moreover no sense
• "Neues Objekt erstellen" in the second level menu is wrong.
• "!!! missing resource message key..." in the third level menu
