The mail XML should be expanded with the path of a job

For configuring the mail-order of JobScheduler a xml file was generated. It can be parsed with a XSL Stylesheet to change the default behaviour of XML processing.

The attribute path @path should be added to the scheduler_event element in case of @object_type="Job" or @object_type="Task".
<scheduler_event ... object_type="Task/Job" path="path to config file" ... />
