JobScheduler should log the JVM path before it is loaded

Currently JS logs the name and path of the used JVM AFTER it was loaded:
.Java Native Interface (JNI) 1.6, loaded from C:\Program Files\Java\jre6\bin\client\jvm.dll

In future it should be log a message with this information BEFORE the JVM will be load.
