If JS terminates caused by an exception a waiting backup scheduler should do the scheduling

If JS ends with an exception (e.g. Z-ASYNC-SOCKET-001) it should not end with a simple "terminate". It should end with "terminate fail-safe" instead if a backup scheduler is present.
