An order with no job chain name produces an error mail every 5 seconds

SCHEDULER-428 Error when reading base file '/home/test/scheduler.ur/config/live/,4.order.xml' (2011-03-08 12:51:05.000 UTC):
SCHEDULER-435 Standing order filename has not expected syntax jobchain,orderid.order.xml: ,4.order.xml

This message appears every 5 second when operations gui is up and running an update every 5 seconds.
If there is no operations gui started, the email appears every 1 minute
