If the first node of a job chain is removed, all enqueued orders disappear

Current Situation

• If the first node of a job chain is removed, all enqueued orders disappear.

Workaround

• To get back the orders, the hot folder needs to be moved away and back.

Desired Behavior

• When editing a job chain and removing a node is the same as setting a node to skip: orders need to move to the next node.
