job.statistics/task.statistics consider hidden jobs (visible="never" attribute)

Current Situation

• JOC displays near the top the number of running tasks, stopped jobs etc..
• If some jobs have the attribute visible="never" then you cannot see these jobs in the Jobs tab in JOC but nevertheless they are counted in the number of running tasks, stopped jobs etc., what looks confusing.

Desired Behavior

• The JobScheduler answer of the job.statistics/task.statistics should consider the invisible jobs.

Maintainer Notes

• Jobs with the attribute visible="never" are furthermore counted in the number of running tasks, stopped jobs etc.. It works as designed.
