File Orders stop working after daylight saving time change

If Job Scheduler has a Job Chain that triggers on file orders and this Job Scheduler runs during the switch to daylight saving time, then the chain doesn't react on new file in the monitored directory any more. After a restart, files are triggered again.
Seems to work correctly on Linux.
