    Description

      Feature

      • JS-2099 makes a Controller journal visible in JOC Cockpit and allows better understanding of order state transitions of individual orders.
      • In a number of situations users face the fact that the Controller stops working due to unexpected events:
        • inapplicable event: in case that an Agent reports an event that does not match the sequence of state transitions or that skips expected predecessor events.
        • unknown Order ID: an Agent reports an event for an Order that is not known to the Controller, for example, if the Order was processed and completed before the event arrives.
      • To bring users in control of such situations,
        • the Controller offers commands to book out specific Orders. Such Orders are confirmed by the user being not relevant and will not be considered by the Controller. As a result there will be no Order History and no log output of jobs related to the Workflow passed by the Order.
        • the Controller offers JS-2099 to vsiualize the sequence of events in an Order's life. The JOC Cockpit GUI will visualize the lifecycle of an Order.
