AdmissionTime instruction for Workflows

Current Situation

• Users can specify the Admission Time for the Job Instruction and for the Cycle Instruction.

Desired Behavior

• Users would like to specify the Admission Time from a separate workflow block instruction.
• The indicated periods will apply to any instructions, including the Job Instruction, inside the AdmissionTime Instruction block.
• Attributes of the AdmissionTime Instruction include the AdmissionTimeScheme (periods) and the skipIfNoAdmissionForOrderDay flag:
  • If set to true, the flag will make an order skip the AdmissionTime Instruction and any instructions included with its block in case that
    • no Admission Time applies to the order's daily plan date and
    • the order does not specify the forceJobAdmission=true flag.
  • If set to false, then the order will wait until the next Admission Time is reached.
• The AdmissionTime Instruction is considered by the Controller.
