Cluster Agent status not updated correctly in JOC Cockpit

    Description

      Current Behavior:
      JOC Cockpit displays the status of Cluster Agents as "Coupling Failed" or "Unknown", even though the Agents are actually running.

      Please find the attached API response of my environment.

      Desired Behavior:
      The status of Agents should be updated correctly in the GUI
