Cancel or Suspend may crash the Agent

Current Situation

• Cancelling or suspending a state changing Order may crash the Agent.
• May happen only when the Order coincidentally is changing its state at the same time, for example when the Order is just starting or ending a Job.
• The problem occurs seldom because a usual state change takes not more than a millisecond.

Workaround

• Cancel or suspend an Order while still in a Job or still retrying, for example.
