    Description

      Current Situation

      • Order in Ready state does not start the next Job, and
        • the Agent log shows an error like
          Unhandled message StartProcessing in Actor state 'processing', Order state is Ready
        • probably the Job does not execute any Order because its process limit is reached.
      • Such orders carry the (lightblue) In Progress state in JOC Cockpit.
      • The situation can be caused by a number of skipped jobs in the current workflow. 

      Desired Behaviour

      • This should be fixed.

      Workaround

      • Users can suspend + resume orders in the In Progress state that are hit by the problem.
      • Users should check that only a small number (1-3) of jobs are skipped in the workflow. Avoid larger numbers of skipped jobs in workflows.
