Add Order raises OutOfMemoryError

Current Situation

We assume

• we have a Workflow with a Fork instruction inside a branch ("branch2") of a Fork instruction
• we add an Order where the blockposition is set to this "branch2" and the implicit end ("join") of the inner Fork instruction is set as stopposition

then the Controller run in an OutOfMemoryError.
