Agent switch-over does not shut down Subagent

Current Situation

• Switch-over in a Director Agent Cluster includes to switch the active role to the standby Director Agent instance and vice versa.
• Switch-over is caused by user intervention, preferably from the JOC Cockpit GUI, as opposed to fail-over that occurs automatically in case that the active Director Agent instance is crashed or otherwise is terminated abnormally.
• In the event of switch-over, the so far active Director Agent instance shuts down completely its JVM including its Subagent.

Desired Situation

• Switch-over shuts down only the active Director Agent instance, not the Subagent or its JVM.
• The Subagent in a Director Agent instance continues to run (as a remote Subagent to the then active Director Agent cluster node).
