Operations for storing, removing and releasing the notification configuration should be added to the Audit Log

Current Behavior:

• While using the Notification operation New, Remove, Download, Edit XML, and Release from the Configuration---->Notification tab then storing, removing, and releasing API is called, but their entries aren't added to the Audit Log. 

Desired Behavior:

• While using the Notification operation New, Remove, Download, Edit XML, and Release from the Configuration---->Notification tab, the entries of storing, removing, and releasing of the notification configuration should be added and viewed in the Audit Log tab.
