Migration support for JS1 Job Streams

Feature

• JS1 Job Streams are migrated to JS1.
• The Converter reads JS1 Job Stream .json files from the input directory and creates JS7 workflows. Users have to export Job Stream from the JS1 JOC Cockpit and store .json export files to the Converter's input directory.
