Description

Current Situation

Up to release 2.2.1
- the Controller, Agent and JOC Cockpit are operational for Java 1.8 and Java 11.
- the Controller and Agent can be operated with Java 17. This excludes use of the installer and applies to the Controller and Agent being extracted from a .tar.gz/.zip archive.

Desired Behavior

Starting from release 2.2.2 the Controller, Agent and JOC Cockpit are operational for Java 1.8, 11 and 17.
Release 2.2.2 brings an updated version of the installer that can be operated with Java 17.
