    Description

      Current Situation

      • Notice IDs can be created by a PostNotice instruction in a workflow.
      • When calculating the applicable lifetime then the UTC time zone is used.

      Desired Behavior

      • When calculating the applicable lifetime then the time zone configured for the workflow should be used.
