Job Stream Plugin not active

Current Situation:
While assigning runtime/Calendar to the Job Stream, after midnight when the daily plan order executed, the Job Stream plugin becomes inactive. Due to this none of the Job Stream executed.

How to reproduce

• Create a simple Job Stream with a Starter having a runtime (Single start or Repeat interval).
• Wait for a day 00:00.
• When the day changes the starter starts showing Run-Time value is negative and the pop up that the JobStreams Plugin is not active.

Desired Behaviour:
While assigning runtime/calendar to the Job Stream and after midnight when daily plan order executed, Job Stream Plugin should not be inactive and Job Stream should be executed properly.

Patch

• Download the patch file from here
• Copy the file to $scheduler_home/lib/patches
• Restart JobScheduler
