    Description

      Current Situation

      JOC Cockpit shows that job stream plugin is inactive but JobScheduler is running.

      Desired Behavior

      Job stream plugin should not become unresponsive.

      A patch for this available here
      To install the patch download the file to $scheduler_home/lib/patches and restart JobScheduler Master.
