JOC Cockpit Audit Log should get entries when using JobScheduler internal APIs for changing node states

Current Situation

• When using the JobScheduler's internal API for changing the node states, its entry is not getting entered in the JOC Cockpit's Audit log.
• Need to use the JOC API with an HTTP client for getting the entries in the Audit log.

Desired behavior

• The Audit log's entries should be generated even if the JobScheduler's internal APIs used.
