Job should be skipped by calendar if current date is not included with the calendar days

Current Situation

When a job in a job stream is assigned a calendar and the calendar is valid until a date one year later then - provided that the current day next year is part of the calendar - the job will not be skipped.

Desired Behavior

When a job in a job stream is assigned a calendar then job execution should be skipped if the calendar does not include the current date.
