When two out conditions to create the same event this event is shown twice

Current Situation

when two different out conditions in a job stream do create the same event, this event exists twice and therefore will be shown twice in the list of events.

Desired Behavior

when two different out conditions in a job stream do create the same event, this event should only exist one time and therefore should be listed singulary in the list of events.
