Description
Current Situation
The Universal Agent once it is started can not be paused. In an agent cluster all members allways will execute jobs.
Desired Behavior
It should be possible to pause an Univesal Agent. When the pause command is executed, currently started tasks should be ended but no new task should be created. The pause command is available in JOC for each member of an Universal Agent Cluster. Also JOC provides the option to pause all members of the Universal Agent cluster.
For paused Universal Agents a continue command should be available.
