JobScheduler Agent Windows installer should allow to specify the name of the instance script

Current Situation

• The JobScheduler Agent Windows installer automatically creates an instance script with a name like this jobscheduler_agent_<port>.cmd
• Users who deploy Agents in larger environments and who use different ports for Agent would prefer to use the same name for the instance script.

Desired Behavior

• During installation the name of the instance script can be specified.
• Any changes should be considered that are optionally required for the mechanism how configure the Windows service.
