Updated schedules should be considered when using remote configuration

Current Situation

We assume ...

• a remote configuration is used
• a standalone job or an order has assigned a schedule via an external *.schedule.xml configuration file
• the *.schedule.xml configuration file is updated at the supervisor
  then the updated schedule is transfered to the cache directory of the remote JobScheduler but the change is not considered in the JobScheduler.

Desired Behavior

An updated schedule should be considered by the JobScheduler also a remote configuration is used.
