List of processes should contain the running_since attribute even it is a shell job

Current Situation

The command <show_state what="folders" subsystems="folder process_class"/> gives the list of process classes and for each process class a list of running processes. If it is a shell job only the attributes job task and task_id are in the answer. The attribute task and task_id have the same value. If it is a api job, also the attributes callbacks, operation, operations, pid, running_since are in the answer.

Desired Behaviour

At least the attributes pid and running_since always should be in the answer.
