Universal Agent should have configurable keystore_path and keystore_passphrase

Current Situation

• JobScheduler Master and JobScheduler Universal Agent can be configured to communicate over HTTPS
  • See JobScheduler Universal Agent - HTTPS Agent and Master Authentication
• Current solution does not provide user a possibility to configure path to keyfor the Agents
  1. Path to keystore
  2. Passphrase for keystore
• Also the default passphrase for local keystore is hard coded in the JobScheduler Agent code, which should be moved to a configuration file.

Desired Behavior

• User should be able to configured
  1. -keystore_path (Environment variable, command line parameter or config file)
  2. -keystore_passphrase (Environment variable or config file)
