JobScheduler Master supports PowerShell scripting language for jobs and monitors

Feature

• JobScheduler Agents support Powershell as specified with JS-1595.
• PowerShell is added to the supported scripting languages for Windows systems with JobScheduler Master. The same functionality applies as with JobScheduler Agents.

Maintainer Notes

• This feature is dismissed as the functionality to execute jobs including os specific languages as PowerShell is available with Agents. There is no benefit from providing this functionality for a Master.
• In addition, future releases 2.0 of the Master will not support task execution that is focused on Agents. Therefore we will not focus on providing this functionality to a Master for a limited time (release 1.12 will be the last minor release before the major release 2.0).
