Agent shows error "Text file busy" when starting tasks

Current Situation

• The error "java.io.IOException: error=26, Text file busy" can occur in the JobScheduler Universal Agent when running scripts
• This error is a Java limitation/bug (see https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/browse/JDK-8068370)
