Log entries that are not dependent from JobScheduler objects should be available for JobScheduler Monitoring Interface

Current Situation

• Log entries which are not dependent from JobScheduler objects (Jobs, Job Chains etc.) are not available for the JobScheduler Monitoring Interface.
• An example for this type of log entries is the one described in JS-1509.

Desired Behavior

• These log entries should be available for the JobScheduler Monitoring Interface.
• The log entries are already there, desired is just a mechanism to make these log entries available for the Monitoring Interface.
