Provide working sample configuration for JobScheduler Monitoring Interface

Current Situation

• The sample configuration file contains a section for notifying a system monitor. Basically it implements some echo commands.
• The sample lacks the use of prefixes for environment variables, i.e. SCHEDULER_MON_.

Desired Behavior

• The samples provided by the installer can be used to work immediately.
• After the installation you find the example in SCHEDULER_DATA/config/notification/SystemMonitorNotification_MonitorSystem.xml-example
