Attribute max in <file_order_source> is deprecated

    Description

      The attribute "max" in <file_order_source> is not used since v1.5 or earlier. Sice then, orders are added as needed, when a job starts. This is like <file_order_source max="1">.

      The directory is read ahead completely, even if no job requests an order.
