Missing message SCHEDULER-846, when running under agent

When a job with stop_on_error="false" terminates with error, the order is moved to its error state. Without agent, the following warning is correctly issued:

SCHEDULER-846 After task exception and due to stop_on_error='no', the order has been moved to error_state='$1'

With an agent, the message is not issued.
