Old job-microscheduling (of v1.6) is active again

      Fix

      • The old microscheduling again is default for the JobScheduler.

      Workaround

      • The following workaround is applicable for releases 1.7.0 up to 1.7.2
      • In releases 1.7.0 up to 1.7.2, the old microscheduling was erronously disabled. It can be enabled again in the main configuration file with (default again since 1.7.3):
