No duplicate output to task log and scheduler.out should be created

Current Situation

• For the same task, JobScheduler produces output in:
  • task log
  • same output in scheduler-<timestamp>.<scheduler>.log
  • same output in scheduler.out (only scheduler log is required, task log is not required)

Desired Behavior

• It should be possible to disable the output to these logs per job and globally

Resolution

• The file scheduler.out will no longer contain the same log lines as in main log, see JS-1290.
