Communication between supervisor and workload JobScheduler should use the value given in attribute ip_address of the config element at workload schedulers site.

ip_address works only for HTTP and for the TCP-communication interface but not for the supervisor and maybe not for all api procecess. The ip adress of the established connection is used there.

This could be changed. The socket with which the JobScheduler establishes the connection to the supervisor must be bind at the given value in ip_adress.
