The api methods to get the file-based-object name components should be unified

Each of the JobScheduler file-based-objects should have the following API properties:

• object_full_name: the path of the object relative to the live folder (including object_name)
• object_name: name of the object (without path and extension)
• object_path: the path of the object relative to the live folder (without object_name)

The objects are:

• order
• job_chain
• job
• lock
• process_class
• schedule
