Table scheduler_order_step_history should have field scheduler_id

Feature

• It is possible to get the scheduler_id of a record in the scheduler_order_step_history table by using a join with the scheduler_order_history table. A delete operation is possible with a nested select statement.
• It would be much easier to handle specific scheduler_ids when accepting the redundancy to have the scheduler_id in the scheduler_order_step_history table.

Maintainer Notes

• This feature is dismissed as the current data model will not be optimized.
• Instead, the data model will be transformed for the handling of asynchroneous transactions.
