JOC: email list in the job detail view wraps so no horizontal scrollbar is needed

Until now, when multiple mail addresses are configured in the ./config/factory.ini [item "log_mail_to"] then JOC displays the comma separated list without wrapping it.
To see all mail addresses you have to scroll to the right.
